Create Your Profile

How joining works

Create your account and profile. Fill in your details, services, certifications and experience. A professional photo is optional — but see below.
Upload your certifications. Add each credential and upload its document. Only you and the Zee team can see these files.
Submit for review. The Zee team verifies your credentials and approves your profile. Nothing is public before approval.
Go live and get assigned work. Your approved profile appears in the public directory. When Zee wins work that fits, you are offered the engagement at a contracted fee.

Complete profiles with a photo get more contracts

When Zee assigns client contracts, consultants with a complete, verified profile and a professional photo are featured more prominently in the directory and are first in line for contract offers. A complete profile means: photo, headline, a full bio, your practice area, at least three services, your certifications listed and uploaded for verification, region, languages, industries, experience and availability.

You may join without a photo — your profile will show your initials instead — but incomplete profiles stay at the back of the queue.

Network standards

Every certification is verified with its issuer before approval.
All client work flows through Zee — network consultants do not contract Zee clients directly (see the Network Terms).
Your public profile never shows your personal contact details or your rates.
Edits to a live profile go back to the team for a quick re-approval, so the directory stays trustworthy.
