Network Terms

The model

Zee Consulting contracts with clients and engages Zee Consultants Network consultants as subcontractors at a contracted fee per engagement. There is no commission and no direct contracting between network consultants and Zee clients sourced through the network.

Consultant commitments

• Accuracy: profile information and certifications must be genuine and current; credentials are verified before approval and may be re-verified at any time.
• Confidentiality: all client information, documents and credentials encountered on an engagement are confidential and handled under Zee's engagement terms.
• Non-circumvention: consultants must not solicit or accept direct engagements from clients introduced through the network, outside Zee, for 24 months from introduction.
• Standards: deliver to the agreed scope and timeline, communicate early about issues, and represent Zee professionally.
• Profile upkeep: keep availability and certifications current; changes to a live profile are re-approved by the Zee team before they show publicly.

Privacy

Certification documents, credential numbers, addresses and references are visible only to you and the Zee team. Your public profile shows your name, photo (if provided), headline, practice, services, certifications held, region, languages, industries, experience and availability — never your contact details or rates.
